Camel Crew Records is a one-man independent label based in Central Massachusetts, founded in 2026. The channel produces original comedy music videos featuring fictional characters, most notably the delta bluesman Stonewall Slim.
Every song begins as an original poem, is set to music using AI tools, and is directed and edited as a short film with dense visual gags designed for rewatchability.
The channel has grown to over 11,000 subscribers and 850,000 views in under six weeks, driven by word-of-mouth sharing rather than paid promotion. Over 70,000 people have personally shared the videos via messaging apps.
About Stonewall Slim
Stonewall Slim is a fictional weathered delta bluesman who lives in a garage in rural New England. He is loosely inspired by various blues artists, including the founder's dad and father-in-law.
Slim has strong opinions about chickens, raccoons, Walmart, highway commuting, and modern life in general. He performs in a battered trucker cap, flannel shirt, and occasionally a bathrobe.
